Hello there, my name is Balázs. Chef and creator behind Blær. dedicated to creating bespoke dining experiences that celebrate Icelandic nature, refined technique, and timeless hospitality. My foundation was built in the kitchens of some of Iceland’s most esteemed restaurants, I’ve also had the privilege to work alongside Michelin-level chefs, both in Iceland and abroad — experiences that shaped my philosophy and elevated my craft.
